The Statement is our Cherry mead, made with famous Traverse City balaton cherries, carefully selected honey and twenty years of experience, having gone through more than a dozen iterations. Living up to it’s name, this mead’s expression of the depth of flavor and character than can be rendered from honey and Michigan tart cherries truly makes a statement.
